With over 15 years of experience in education and program development, Rabina Anand, owner of R.A. Consulting, recognized in her early days of teaching high school how vital the support of local businesses and organizations can be to a youth’s success.

​After teaching, Rabina turned her attention to creating work-based learning experiences for high school students. She has seen firsthand how businesses and communities thrive when youth have opportunities to discover their skills and passions outside of the classroom.
Rabina has expanded her expertise over the past 10 years with a focus in partnership development, resulting in the successful placement of over 100 high school students in internships throughout Cincinnati. She knows that her passion lies at the intersection of business development and the cultivation of emerging talent.
